By accessing or using Noetra Cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Noetra Cloud to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful or malicious code
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Generate spam or unsolicited communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to Noetra Cloud. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide and improve our services.
Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Noetra Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
